Loewke Planning was retained by Hsientein Investment to prepare a Conceptual Development Plan, along with processing of a Development Review application through the City of San Ramon for a portion of the 197.8 acre project area situated within the City’s Sphere of influence. We conducted field trips to the Project site for City Staff and Council Members, which helped to inform the planning and design process, leading to  a sensitive housing proposal for this unique site. Loewke Planning made a presentation of the proposed project to the San Ramon Planning Commission and City Council. The project was positively received at the workshop in February of 2015.
