Commitment

Our focus is to combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving skills to ensure the success of each project we undertake. We strive to ensure that every aspect of our work is grounded in the feasibility of market constraints, responsive to public interests, and respectful of the environment. We look forward to discussing how we can apply our experience and collaborative problem-solving skills to help your next project succeed.

Approach

We specialize in small- and large-scale mixed-use housing and economic development projects, serving the needs of visionary developers and public agencies alike. Our planning process begins with understanding our clients’ needs, as well as the physical, human, and political environment. Our approach is to carefully consider opportunities and constraints to achieving feasible and sustainable development, by maximizing land use compatibility and minimizing conflicts with the natural environment.  In all cases, we collaborate with design, engineering, legal, and environmental science professionals in order to provide a complete and balanced approach to urban planning, project entitlement, and construction management.
